Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Power Bowl Co. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the customer receives the wrong order.

Eligible Refunds

A refund or replacement may be provided only if:

You receive items different from what you ordered You are missing items from your order due to an error by Power Bowl Co. To Request a Refund or Replacement

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Your order name or number A description of the issue A photo of the items received

If the issue is verified, we may provide either:

A replacement order Store credit A refund to the original payment method No Refunds Will Be Given For Change of mind Not liking the taste or ingredients Incorrect order placed by the customer Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services Improper storage or reheating after delivery

Power Bowl Co. reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
